This week you’ll stretch your brain by using your non-dominant side. Every time you brush your teeth, use your non-dominant hand (or the hand you wouldn’t normally use to brush). The effects of using a non-dominant hand vary from person to person but some people find it greatly beneficial.

For some, this may not be very difficult, but it’s not about how hard or easy it is, it’s just about breaking your routine.
