One of my favorite things is being outside in the stillness of the night, looking up at the sky. There is a natural creativity built into it. This week, spend fifteen minutes staring at the stars at least one night. Look for shooting stars, airplanes, and satellites. If you’re feeling ambitious use a book, app, or website and find constellations. If you live in an area with too much light pollution, take one night and get away to an area where you can see more (it’s worth it).
