Living out “it is more blessed to give than to receive” is a lot harder than just saying it, especially when I want something. There are times where I find myself wanting something and spending far too much time searching for that something, for the best price, for the best product, for the best solution, when I could be spending that time giving. It’s not even that I want to receive something from someone else, I just want to get it for myself.<\/p>\n
If you find yourself really wanting something, maybe it’s time to pause and take the time to give more. Spend less time giving to yourself and more time giving to others. Give your next song, your next blog post, or even just a note to say thank you.
